We are excited to have updated the look and feel of our website. With this change, we are retiring the domain searscommerceservices.com and the new primary domain will be marketplace.sears.com.

A few of the improvements are:

• A new landing page for seller support
• We have refreshed our FAQs and moved to a Knowledge Base. We have moved the key FAQs and refreshed many of them. More knowledge articles will come in the future.
• A new improved search of the knowledge articles
• Our e-learning modules are now hosted on our own site. Currently we only have the “Getting Started on the Sears Marketplace” module but we look forward to adding more soon.
• Responsive site – works well on your mobile device

Future improvements will include an updated contact us form, more articles, videos and e-learning modules. We hope this helps sellers find information that they need!
