What is Download in Background?

Sellers are currently able to download multiple item class Excel templates to be used for bulk adding or editing of content. To assist in this the Download in Background feature has been added to the seller portal.

Whenever a seller attempts to download more than 1 item class template under ‘Products > Product Mgmt > Bulk’ they will need to select one of the available options under the ‘Download in Background’ button.

Once you click on any one of the options under ‘Download in Background, a message will pop up between step 2. ‘Browse Catalog by Item class and the Item Class Root Node table.

If status says ‘Success’, then you can click on the ‘Download’ button.
