Why are my items with valid image URL removed due to “Product image URL” issue?

Sears must validate images regularly to ensure customers have the best experience when purchasing an item listed on Sears.com by your Marketplace account. If an item image URL is hosted on your server or a third party server, it is possible that Sears image servers are being blocked or throttled by those servers, which often leads to connection timeout issue resulting in the failure of image validation.

To ensure, all valid images pass Sears server validation, we recommend that you do not block the WAN IP ranges below that would be making these requests:

74.122.180.0/24

74.122.182.0/24
