Resetting your password

To reset your password:

  1. Go to http://seller.marketplace.sears.com/SellerPortal/d/login.jsp
  2. Type in your registered email address
  3. Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link and you should see the message as shown below.

We will send you an email to you with further instructions and a link to click through to reset your password.

If you are not able to find the email with the link in your in inbox, check the spam and junk/trash emails; sometimes emails gets directly to spam or junk folders. Please let us know if you experience any issues.
