Resetting your password
To reset your password:
- Go to http://seller.marketplace.sears.com/SellerPortal/d/login.jsp
- Type in your registered email address
- Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link and you should see the message as shown below.
We will send you an email to you with further instructions and a link to click through to reset your password.
If you are not able to find the email with the link in your in inbox, check the spam and junk/trash emails; sometimes emails gets directly to spam or junk folders. Please let us know if you experience any issues.
