Account Cancellation

To cancel your account, please click the ‘Contact Us’ link from within your Seller Portal account and choose the Topic ‘Account Settings’ and subtopic of ‘Close marketplace account’.

Prior to contacting Seller Support, please make sure you have resolved any customer service requests and completed all orders. However, once canceled, you will still able to access your orders tab in the Seller Portal to view your orders in the future.

Please note, after your account is canceled, your account payment will be held per the Sears Marketplace Terms and Conditions.

Upon the termination of the Seller’s account for a period of 90 days from the date of termination, or a longer period, Sears in its sole discretion determines that a longer period is needed to determine the extent of Seller’s monetary obligations to Sears.
